How can i fix my Servis washing maching?

my Servis extra large 6kg automatic washing machine is not spinning or draining the water from the machine,i have tryed putting it on different spins and over and over again but nothing is working.

CHECK THE PUMP FILTER/PUMP FOR BLOCKAGE.CHECK PUMP WIRING, THEY HAVE A 2 TAG CONNECTOR.IF THIS CHECKS O.K YOU NEED A NEW PUMP.
