how can i fix p reg fiesta courier?

my mate lost his keys so somebody put another ignition barrel on and now engines turns but wont fire up ! how do we fix ?

Your replacement key will need to be reprogrammed for the immobiliser to work a good autoelectrician should be able to do this rather than taking it to main dealer
