I have a Delonghi ESF461ST oven, when you turn the oven dial the oven does not switch on, there is no light or fan or heat, however, the hob is working fine.
oven is warming up to a certain temp then cutting out for 5 mins before restarting again automatically. i changed the thermostat yesterday but still have the same problem.

Have you got the little 'pot'symbol showing in the digital display? If not try pressing two reset buttons together and it should then show. without this symbol showing the oven is switched off, even when you turn the dial.
