i swerved to avoid a collision and drove up a kerb too fast now there is a rattling noise coming from underneath it is not the exhaust but a pipe or metal bar next to it it is long and turns off to the left almost inline with the wheel and has a rubber bit on the end what is it called and can it do damaged if driven
