I put the washer on when my girlfriend went out with the aim of drying a shirt, however i must have put it on the wrong programme because it started to wash instead of dry........

My problem is now the washer wont work. My girlfriend has come back in and loaded up the washer but the start/pause button flashes but doesn't begin the desired cycle no matter how long we leave it.
There are no error codes.

Can anyone help me out because i am in the doghouse over it..

This isn't going tp be of any use to you, but I had this problem a couple of weeks ago. I kept pressing the start/pause button and after a while (about 15mins) it started to work. If it is still in it's 12month warranty call Electrolux (number at the back of the instruction manual) and they will fix it free of charge.
