Could be a few things, have you tried giving it plenty of revs to stop it stalling, usual adjustments, wind in the H&L carb adjustments all the way in then undo one turn on each, make sure the air filter is clean, check the fuel filter in the fuel tank. If this fails, you probably have a blocked main jet or gummed up carb.
