how do i change the wheel speed sensor in a P reg ford ka?

When i de-clutch to change gears or stop the engine revs at a high count for a few seconds before returning to normal. I believe it is the wheel speed sensor at fault. How do i change/fix it? The car is a P reg ford Ka

Hi Lee, it wont be the speed sensor, it will be the idle control valve, slow to operate due to it being gummed up with petrol deposits, easy to fix, remove the valve two bolts an electrical connector, only clean with a spray carb cleaner NOT WD40 (Halfords £5)
