Creda Solarglo concept oven?

My question is, i have the above cooker (Creda Solarglo Concept Cooker) the grill and hot plates are working but neither the fan or top oven are can you help?What is the problem?

Check the oven door switch. It controls the fan and oven. The contacts should close when the door is closed.
