how can i fix my laptop?

my laptop doesnt work by its own battery so if i turn it on it has to be plugged in the second i unplug it.........

Yeah because you need to buy a NEW Battery for it. If it works fine on the Charger only plugged in then it's your Battery that needs replaced.
