I have a Hoover 800 front loader automatic washing machine. The washing machine does not complete it's washing cycles anymore. It always stop at the same place in the washing cycle. It stops twice. Once before it is suppose to take in the fabric softener and again when it is suppose to start the dry spin cycle. In both cases I move the program selector on manually. Does anyone know what causes this and more importantly, how do you fix it? Thanks.

you need a new pump

the water in your machine is not pumping out so either your pump is blocked or knackerd

Check the cold valve for the conditioner if this is faulty it will stop the washer from working
