Sony Hanydycam DCR HC19E Error message C31:22?
My camera started to issue an error message
"Re-insert the cassette". This was not a problem after I complied with this request the first few times. I became more baffled why this was happenning because I made sure that I inserted the cassetted correctly.
I thought this was a bad batch of cassettes, but then the error kept on and then on a few occasions, the error message C31:22 would dissappear. Then the playback facility was lost, and the error message is now permanently featured on screen, the tape would travel on but no image would become visible on the screen. What can be done with this problem?
