Kenwood Chef 703 speed controller components?

I have a Kenwood Chef 703 with electronic speed control. The capacitors and one resistor are burnt out. I can't read the colour code on the resistor between the 47picofarad capacitor and the centre terminal of the power transistor (base?). The first band appears to be green or blue so the value starts with a 5 or 6 as the first digit (if it is the base I would guess the value to be about 5kohms). The other resistor is 220ohm and connects to the transistor (collector or emitter)
