ghd hair straiteners were not working-fixed cable connection-now heating:red neon light flickers after a while and continues to do so temperature on ceramic pads reaches 175c- is this correct?
Are you sure on the flickering? Should they continue all the time whilst in use? Thanks

should get a little hotter than 175 but the red flickering light is normal it is the indication they are up to their set temperature and this should happen about 30 secs after switching them on
