peugeot 2.0 hdi fuel system noise?

why does my 2.0 hdi fuel system make a constant noise/buzz like sound when ignition is turned on as well as when engine is running? only started this recently , has 90,000 miles on clock.

replace the whole fuel filter housing located on engine the pressure regulator spring in the filter housing has become weak this cures 99% of vehicles in rare cases an inline pulsation damper is required
