Hello my aerox is still a standard 50cc i have modified it with an arrow sports exhaust and a K&N airfilter it has a 70 jet inside the standard carb 17.5 what would you recomend for upjetting it seems to run ok but takes a little while to pul away and i dont think theres enuff fuel going threw

120 is to big, unless you have more modifications to the bike.
the standard size for a aerox is 67 i think, when you add ever a 70 kit, k&n filter, or sports exhaust you have to upjet it by 15% for each.
The idea it is spluttering seems to show that there is ever to much fuel going in, or to little or to much air.
When you drive put your choke on and open the throttle, if you suddenly pick up speed it means that the jet is to small or there is to big a supply of air.
I would also reccoment buying a larger ignition coil, it helps to burn the fuel faster and hotter, which is better when fitting on a 70cc kit.
Hope this has been helpfull.
