You need thin fingers! - remove the multi plug off the back of the bulb, remove the black rubber cover than you have to carefully release the spring clip that holds th bulb in place - push, gently twist etc. - this will ruin your nails!
Re-fit as above but in reverse - the bulb sometimes slips out of place so keep checking it
I can part remove the light fromt the car on my wifes Micra (03) which makes it easier, but my 56 plate model has an extra hidden fixing
Fog light bulbs appear to be a main dealer repair - bumper off?
