One of my bath taps is completely and utterly stuck?

How can I get it to turn again?

I would suggest that the washer is stuck to the base of the tap and you may well need to have a new tape fitted.

move it with gentle force forward and backword and continue until it get loose ot might damaged for good

need to take off the tab on top of the tap with a screwdriver then undo screw and take off tap then use spanner to turn on
