Look on youtube and use a flat item such as a guitar pick to pry open the face of the phone starting at the top. u need a torx wrench to take out the 4 screws. unplug the old screen at the gold area on top. put in the new screen, screws and put cover back on. get new screen from ebay or phone store - about 25 bucks.
