How can I fix my Electrolux EOB6630X oven?

I have an Electrolux EOB6630X built in oven. When I switch it on and set it at 200c it lights up inside and works OK until it reaches its temperature (i.e.the red light goes out) after a short while the interior light goes out and the oven cools down. I tried setting it at 50c and it worked OK, when the red temperature light goes out the oven keeps working .

Is it a faulty oven thermostat?

How do I access the faulty part - what is the problem?

Thanks

I have fixed 3 of these now, it is the thermal cut out which has gone. This is very easy to replace and is available on Ebay (cheapest) for about £20.
Take the oven out the cabinet, unscrew the top panel and simply swap over the thermal cut out, put it all back together again, turn on remembering you have to adjust the clock (don't know whay you have to do that!) and your done!

sounds like the cooling fan isn't operating.the cooling fan is mounted on the top of the oven cavity and stops the hot air getting to the swictches and clock.could be a direct electrical or mechanical fault on the cooling fan or a faulty initiation stat.take the top panels off the cooker and look for fan.try rotating it manually.look for burnt initiation stat (follow wires from cooling fan to find correct stat).70% of the time the fault is down to a a stat issue
