how can I fix my diplomat elite induction hob AAA 1473?

One of the rings on my Diplomat Elite Induction Hob AAA1473 recently purchased from MFI Lancaster
( now closed down ) flashes E4 the whole time the hob is switched on. This ring is unusable, the other three still work, any solutions ?
