1. Unscrew the Philips screw from the bottom.
2. Unscrew the Philips screw from the centre of the dial and pull off the dial.
3. Lift off the cover from the bottom upwards

under plastic insert.turn off power first.its probablly leaking from water resovoir tank if so dont mess about get new shower.
