How to wire up a moffat 616 electric fan oven?

We have purchased the above oven from wickes but there is no cable or wirng diagram supplied. Can anyone help?

it will be marked up in the back.L is live.N is neutral and E is earth.you might have to take the back panel off to gain access to the connector block
