i have been using a 2Gb "integral" memory stick for over a year. now it will not open on my laptop computer or my desktop pc. i did get a message mentioning a trojan horse but since then nothing. i have run AVG antivirus and Spybot and both computers see the drive as normal but when i try to open it i get a message saying "access is denied". i have not reformatted it or put a password on it so i do not know what is going on! if you have any ideas i would be very grateful . thanks, anthony

I would try taking off avg putting on avast then do a boot sector scan on your pc with the pen in.
Quarantine all files when the scans completes shut down the pc a restat in safe mode then format the pen
