very unlikely unless the cab tilt light is on. if not it is a relay or fuse board fault, as the fuse boards are printed circuits they crack over time losing contact. look at your fuse box, the relays that run from top left corner straight down are all starter relays, remove the bottom one and you will see five slots where the relay sits, make up a single wire with spade connecters on each end, put one end in the bottom slot this is permanent live put the other end in the top it should start.
