Fridge Not Cooling ?

I have a Hotpoint CSH22GRTA WW S/N# ML265791 and recently is stop cooling. Also the freezer is not cooling properly either. What could be the possible causes. The fridge has NEVER broken before now in 15 years.

Can you help me please ASAP?
