F03 fault on Hotpoint Aquarius WD640 - how to repair?

The F03 fault light comes on after a few minutes of washing. The machine won't complete the cycle after this and won't spin. What is this fault and how can I repair it?

Turn off at the mains, turn back on and put on the pump out cycle which should only take a couple of minutes. Then it should work ok.
