Cannot locate oil drain plug?

How do I drain oil from Omega 42 cm powerdrive mower. Product code 10072
Phil Rundle, March 2009
hi.
some lawnmowers do not have drainage plugs for oil changes. you tilt the machine on its side + the oil comes out where you top it up. put a jug or container
so you can measure how much oil you have taken out .
so you only put back what you drained in oil
hope this has helped.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN CARRYING OUT THIS PROCEDURE IF ATTEMPING IT YOURSELF BECAUSE SOMETIMES A "CHARGE" OF PETROL CAN STILL BE INSIDE THE MOWER SO DISCONNET THE PLUG LEAD AND GIVE THE PULLCORD A COUPLE OF PULLSTART MOTIONS OTHERWISE YOU MAY END UP WITH A FEW LESS FINGERS THAN YOU START WITH HOPE THIS IS GOOD ADVICE

You don't say what type of engine is fitted, but there will be a drain plug under the mower on the bottom of the engine - similar to a car. It will either be a large hex bolt head, or a square drive female recepracle i the head of the plug.

Change the oil when HOT - be careful it will be as thin as water and can cause severe burns.
