HOW CAN I FIX THE FAN ON MY ELECTROLUX EOB976 ?

THE FAN ON MY ELECTROLUX EOB976 OVEN IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY IT TURNS SPASMODICALLY THEN STOPS ALL TOGETHER-I HAVE CHANGED THE ELEMENT BUT ITS NOT HELPED WHAT CAN I DO ALSO IF I USE THE OVEN WITHOUT THE FAN WILL IT DAMAGE THE ELEMENT

yes it will overheat the element if the fan doesn't rotate.to get the fan to work you will more than likely need to replace the fan motor.they seize up and stop spinning at the correct speed.
