how to fix windscreen wipers on mk4 golf??

The rear winscreen wiper has stopped working on our golf gti mk4. The washer is still working mind. There appears to be no fuse so leads me to beleive motor has worn out. Help!?

My Haynes manual shows F27 (15A) Rear Window Wiper

F27 is in a block of fuses 3 columns wide and 7 rows deep
F27 is in the left hand column 4th from top & 4th from bottom.
