Are you sure it is overfilling and not just leaking from somewhere underneath? Overfilling is fairly rare on this model as it does not have a fill level switch like other dishwashers. The water level is done by the control module which runs the wash pump motor while filling the water. The controller can tell by the action of the pump motor if water has entered or not. If it detects water filling then it fills to a set time not water level. Any error on filling would then be probably caused by a fault in the controller. Try turning power off at wall & remove the power plug for a few minutes. Plug back in & retry. Sometimes this will help controller to reset but not always. Also dry out under & run machine with front lower trim panels removed & watch where the water comes from & when. Do not touch anything inside the front lower part unless you first power off. Some parts are live even when machine is not running. Be careful.
