Once I have drained out my radiator and replaced it is it possible to pour the same water back into the system. I am thinking about the anti rust stuff here.

Ok so if i get myself a nice new tub of inhibitor how do i get it from the tub into the system.
It ain't no joke please help.

I think he means Putting the same water back into your CH system. Or perhapse your use of the term "anti rust stuff".
I'll try to give you a more comprehensive answer.
