We have NEFF model no HDDEP31-7/FD8303 The small fan needs to be removed to replace U shaped element , but cannot see how to get to small screw behind old element ?
the fan impellor has a reverse thread nut on it, so turn it clockwise to undo it.
then the impellor should pull off unless it's siezed in which case wd40 should help.
