The on/off switch on my Epson CXC6600 all-in-one printer no longer works. It is DEFINITELY the switch, not the power supply. My local repairer tells me that the cost of labour and spares makes it uneconomical to repair it and advises me to ditch it and buy a new printer. This seems criminally wasteful! Can anyone tell me how to get into the printer so that I can repair it myself? All it needs is a new,small, switch, that I could buy from any electrician! Its innards seem, at the moment, inpenetrable and I don't want to break anything by force.
