Overheating engine?

Jaguar S Type 4.0 sports 2001.
Overheating even though the coolant level is fine, I recently topped it up with water. What could the problenm be?

Thermostat closed or stuck.
Blower motor failure or thermocouple don't switch.
Dirty radiator.
Low coolant level.
Cylinder head damage or deformation.
Cylinder head gasket damaged.
Water pump failure.
