how can I repair leaks on my static caravan?

Over winter my static caravan (Willerby Granada) has sprung a leak in the bathroom aea, which is spreading to the bedroom, as I have not turned the water supply back on yet it must obviously be the seals. Any ideas how to find the leak and then how to stop it.
