setting the clock - Moffat 90 oven and grill?

I recently inherited a Moffat 90 oven and grill but without the user manuals! Normally the time has been displayed but today there was a power cut and now the "clock" flashes "zeros". Have tried twiddling all buttons but can't set the clock - HELP please!!!

For anyone else still looking for this answer: I held down two of the buttons at the same time and then used the twisting knob to set the clock and now it's finally working.

Push two buttons on the left at the same time and turn the time knob fast to make big changes to the time, slow to do it in one minute steps.
