Whirlpool side-by-side freezes on frig side, too?

I have a Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator (Model ED25DQXVW03) that is freezing everything on the frig side, too. I have completely turned down the settings for the freezer and frig side. Neither side has much food in it. The coils seem to be clean.
