Could I fix my Hoover Performa Plus Tumble Dryer?

My Hoover Performa Plus Tumble Dryer leaks. I have checked the water collector is inserted correctly and cleaned out the filter and the filter enclosure. It's difficult to tell where water is slowly trickling from. Please can you help?
