hi can any one help i changed my water pump changed the oil & filter cleaned my oil pick up can still my cars top end gets hot and sound likea london cab a gets worse when you rev the engine

Its the timing chain and the automatic adjuster. Its a manufacture fault,but Vauxhall will not pay for it to be replaced. It just cost me £300 to have it replaced this week. My Corsa sounds great now. Its mainly the 04 plate that is effected. I would also check the gear linkage,. Thats another fault on the 04 plate. Best part of £150 to be replaced. Thanks Vauxhall, least you could do was recall the dodgy workmanship.
