My vauxhall Zafira is very sluggish?

Hi, i have a vauxhall zafira 1.8 petrol 2000, recently when driving after roughly 500 yards the car goes very sluggish and will not go over 2000rpm (with my foot right down). Please help

these sound like the symptoms as mine the car goes into limp home mode and it turned out to be the coil pack a common fault on these
