Kenmore Sewing Machine 385.12102 is not feeding stitiches?
The top portion of the thread runs, but the bottom portion does not catch. I have opened the bottom part to check if all the parts there are moving and they do. Only there are no stitches because the bottom portion does not seem to catch the upper portion of the thread cycle. My machine is as new and hardly used. Please help!

If you have tried a new needle and it still misses stitches you may need to retime the machine, email me below and I will attach full instructions.
