The belts broke on my 1995 toyota corolla, i need to replace it and fix it, but i have no idea where to start. what do i need to do?

The alternator/water pump and PAS drive belts can be ordered at Halfords. You will need good strong metric spanners and sockets. I recommend getting a Haynes manual.
(Cant help you with seat belts i'm afraid)
