Checking cambelt on a 16v Astra?
Picking up a 1999 1.6 16v SXi today. Seller not sure when the cambelt was last changed,i'm going to replace it as soon as possible but i just want to check it today to make sure its not showing signs of imminent failure i.e. cracking etc. Whats involved with just getting the covers off for a check.Cheers.
