How can I fix my Delonghi DW47S with error 1?

Just put dishwasher in. comes up with error 1 can anyone help

The manual says, Water supply problem, faucet/tap is not opened. Have you connected the hose to the tap and turned it on. Otherwise there might be a problem with the water inlet somewhere....the water is not getting in...... cheers....Shaun
