as above, no ignition lights,no brake lights,no elec windows,not starting but turnes over...any ideas

check at engine ecu for main 12volt supply have had this fault found only 10volt supply and every thing shuts down .Found broken solder joint at rear of cylinder block its common on early renaults for all the live connections to be soldered together .Hopes this helps
