Our F&P DD603 has failed twice in 4 years - -both times on F1 flood error. 1st time was due to broken plastic link support (harness in the back of the upper unit). 2nd time is right now, and we're having an awful time getting any knowledgeable service techs out to our house (northern Virginia). Called in to F&P service & they sent out a guy who knows nothing about the unit & left before doing any damage. So while we look for a service tech, would also want to find the service manual to see if I can do some troubleshooting.

I called FP they have it for $15.00 shipped from California.
My bottom drawer get stuck on 48min of 49min cycle. I purchased replacement control module about a month ago and now it start doing same thing. Trying to get Service manual for nothing, tired to pay top dollar for every little thing.
