Grey smoke from diesel only when cold?

Hi
Only when the temperature is cold does my Galaxy smoke.
It greyish and smells.

I think its like over fueling

any ideas and how to fix

check your heater plugs could be them causing it is it hard to start (cranks over for ages before it fires up)
