I had same problem and ended up getting the service engineer out. Problem was he said, that the control board was saying theres a problem with the heater, but the heater was fine. he sugested turning off by the mains plug and the control board would reset itself. this did work for a day or two, then the same problem occured. Ended up renewing the control board

Just found two more sites: one in German seemed to suggest that you might be able to drain it, and get it going again. Another, in British was less promising http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=2275&highlight=f08&osCsid=b799bbbf392dec09a4c54ecb717804dd

Perhaps the German person's problem is just the start of it :( (Here is the Google translation: http://translate.google.com/translate?hl=en&sl=de&u=http://www.elve2000.de/forum/messages/9420.html&prev=/search%3Fq%3DINDESIT%2B%2522F-08%2522%26hl%3Den%26lr%3D )

No. But I've just had the same problem, and it was looking for an answer that gave me this page.
