how can i fix my frontera 2.5tds?

my frontera 2.5tds has had the heads pressure tested & skimmed but the cooling system still over pressurizes and overheats within 5 minutes. any advice??

sounds daft but have you replaced the thermostate or are you sure the fans are working and the rad isnt full of gunge
