Ok, so my washing machine motor clicks when turned by hand. I've now removed the brushes on advice from Dan, cheers Dan. I now have a follow-up question, there is at least 2 cm of rod sticking out of the housing BUT the motor no-longer clicks when the brushes are removed. Should I just go ahead, order new one and just give it a go or can anyone think of something else?
